Our underwriting teams oversee the entire application process to secure a smooth, speedy completion. They are responsible for underwriting the mortgage case, as well as administering and processing applications, and ensuring that all required valuations, searches and references are carried out swiftly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they regularly keep you up-to-date as to the progress of each case.

Heading up the company, and in her dual role as senior underwriter, Fiona Hall is responsible for the overall performance of Formula Mortgages.
